Adventures in bridge work… part 4.  Prep, glue and clamp.  I did most of the final sanding on the bridge.  Set it’s placement with a piece of wood cut to the scale length, which was clamped and centered on the neck.  Once the bridge was placed, taped off the area and sanded the finish off because the new bridge was larger than the old one.  Fashioned some home made clamps, which were ok, but could have been a bit better (now I know what to change if I do this again).  Glued and clamped in place.  Next step, finishing the bridge in place, cleaning frets and restringing.  The gluing was tense, but I was happy with the result.
